If something doesn’t work for you, we’re happy to help. Returns & Exchanges: Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. Lightly used products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for in-store credit. Refunds and credits apply to the original purchase price. Products must have been purchased at The Apothecary Spa or Wild Valley Apothecary. We cannot accept returns of items purchased from other spas, websites, or third-party retailers.

Notes: All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. In-store credits do not expire and can be used toward any future product purchase.
