Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at The Apothecary Spa.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

If a product is found to have manufacturing defects it is always refundable. Discoloring and product settling may be a natural reaction giving that most of our products are organic and free of preservatives, as such these may not be  an eligible reason for refund or return.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product may be refundable. If a return is ineligible for refund, shipping charges would not be refundable. Products returned in store have no shipping charges.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
